Zonal Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy:

   Design and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in your assigned zone.

• Team Leadership:

   Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently deliver results.

• Market Intelligence:

   Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to stay ahead.

• Customer Engagement:

   Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and distributors.

• Product Expertise:

   Deeply understand our product portfolio and effectively communicate its benefits to customers.

• Forecasting & Reporting:

   Deliver accurate forecasts, monitor performance, and report insights to senior management.

• Compliance:

   Uphold all industry regulations and company policies in sales activities.

• Travel:

   Regular travel within your zone to meet clients, support your team, and attend key industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of proven success in 

  sales leadership roles

   within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices and healthcare market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
