Zoho Developer – In-Office Role

We are building a new Zoho Development & Automation Department to create internal tools, automate compliance workflows, and support our CA, Audit, and Compliance teams.

We are looking for a Zoho Developer with strong Creator app-building skills and a deep understanding of Zoho integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Creator Development

• Build apps using Deluge, workflows, blueprints, client scripts, and custom forms
• Create data models, dashboards, reports, and approval flows
• Convert process/user stories into functional modules

2. Zoho CRM Customisation

• Custom modules, page layouts, validation rules
• CRM blueprints, workflows, automation triggers, webhooks
• Advanced Deluge scripting

3. API Integrations

• Integrate Zoho with apps like Shopify, HubSpot, payment portals, and custom APIs
• REST API setup, authentication, data sync, webhook listeners
• Troubleshoot and optimise integrations

4. Cross-Zoho Linking

• Connect Creator ↔ CRM ↔ Books ↔ Inventory ↔ Campaigns
• Build unified workflows across platforms

5. Automation

• Map business processes using Zoho Flow and built-in automation
• Automate notifications, approvals, data movements, and task creation

6. Reporting

• Build dashboards in Zoho Analytics
• Create automated MIS and compliance status reports

7. Documentation

• Prepare technical specs, API docs, and process documentation
• Collaborate with CA, Audit, and Compliance teams

Required Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in Zoho (CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Campaigns, Analytics)
• Strong Deluge + HTML/CSS + client scripting
• REST APIs, JSON/XML, third-party integrations
• Strong workflow logic + debugging ability
• Good communication skills

Preferred Experience

• CRM ↔ Shopify / HubSpot integrations
• Creator ↔ Campaigns syncing
• Operations-heavy Creator apps
• CRM customisation + advanced automation
• Zoho Analytics dashboards

Role Expectations (First 6 Months)

• Build internal apps for CA & audit workflows
• Set up automations for compliance cycles
• Integrate Zoho apps + external systems
• Create MIS dashboards

Establish documentation & coding standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
