Zoho Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have practical exposure to Zoho applications and a strong interest in building, customizing, and optimizing business solutions using the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Analytics
• Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, validation rules, and blueprints
• Write and optimize Deluge scripts for custom functions and integrations
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs and webhooks
• Create and manage custom modules, fields, layouts, and reports
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and provide technical support to users
• Assist in data migration, data cleanup, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare basic documentation and provide user training when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with Zoho applications
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
• Familiarity with CRM concepts, sales pipelines, and business workflows
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Effective communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Zoho integrations (WhatsApp, payment gateways, email tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Zoho certification is a plus
