Position Summary: Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within Global Delivery Services and Global Shared Services organization, providing multiple HR Operational support services including Recruitment Operations support, Onboarding support, Core HR data administration, Learning Admin support, Performance management support, Global Mobility & CBTS support, Global Reporting, etc to EY member firms. TS provides these services to Areas, Regions, Countries, Global & Regional Talent teams, COE Teams, and other stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) for the respective function is an integral part of TS service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope. This role would be working with the UK&I Talent team and responsible for providing support to the enablement and operations of all the different Talent functions. This includes digital & vendor program management, progressing the digital and automation agenda, Talent headcount management, Budget management and Risk & Compliance management. They will build strong relationships across the ops and enablement teams across Talent. Should have a professional attitude to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information. Ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines. Adapt to a constantly changing legal framework and growing business environment. Essential Functions of the Job: The individual will support a small central 6-person Enablement team that looks across all Talent functions; they will liaise with the enablement and operations contacts from all the Talent functions to ensure we progress a number of the key Enablement and operational priorities, which includes: Digital & Automation enablement and program management Technology: Support UK Talent with technology onboarding, specifically this individual will be responsible for: Ensuring that the Talent teams understand what is required to initiate a tech project Inputting demands/requirements into our global system working with enterprise technology Tracking & monitoring progress with the relevant local and global stakeholders Provide operational support progressing projects Working with stakeholders to overcome any barriers or governance that is required Program Management: organisation and stakeholder engagement are key for this role, the ability to use good project management fundamentals (project planning, status updates, stakeholder management, etc) to influence and effectively manage a variety of project types and stakeholders Automation & process improvement: This role will work closely with the Senior Managers within the enablement team and colleagues across Talent to help to ideate, design and build solutions to enhance/simplify wherever possible our operational processes Operations, Talent Reports and Budget management: Support operations of the current Enablement strategies and processes across the region with initiatives, policies, and methods (where necessary) Co-create and maintain appropriate operation policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. Establish credibility with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, ensuring they are responded to in a professional and timely manner Support and develop/ produce analytics, timely reports on Headcount, budget governance and monitoring for Talent Functions Support and monitor other Talent functions to process their BRIDGEs (independence checks) and invoice coding. This part of the role may fluctuate in volume over time. Enablement of the Talent function Support & coordinate the review and creation of the Regional Talent Portal in SharePoint or similar technology, inclusive of good content management & governance of that portal Support in Talent wide innovation network, creating communications and supporting the sessions. Talent Risk Management & Compliance: Support quality assurance, risk & compliance related Enablement work Where appropriate, liaise with Legal /GCO and other Regional Talent Functional teams to ensure compliance of policies and processes to local legislation and Regulation Support and compliance for PIA, Information Security, etc Support external Vendor and internal stakeholder management – Vendor onboarding, vendor change, contract management etc Business Relationships Independence Data Gathering and Evaluation (BRIDGE) – Managing the creation during vendor onboarding or renewals and overall monitoring of Talents annual BRIDGE processes (as applicable) Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Strong proactiveness and ability to drive and/or support the talent agenda of the region and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Wants to continually learn. High curiosity and interest in the technology agenda and how we can drive that through our Talent colleagues Strong sense of flexibility to changing needs and environment with solutions focused approached Able to plan, coordinate, and support drive strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement and enhancement of Talent processes Comfortable managing data in excel, running reports and analysis; strong attention to detail and ensure presentation format is at boardroom level style Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure and with time constraints. Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams Excellent client service skills, networking, and relationship development skills Self-motivated with the ability to be successful in a virtual team environment, working with limited supervision Supervision Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor role; hence no supervising responsibilities Other Requirements: Due to the global nature of the role; willingness to work alternative hours will be required (UK hours) Due to the global nature of the role; English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication will be required Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience: Overall 6+ years of relevant operations and process improvement experience; experience in Talent a benefit Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, results driven environments. Demonstrable experience in closely related Talent management (HR), consulting, or operations role Demonstrable experience of collaborating with Talent colleagues and businesses to understand needs and shape solutions Comfort and/or experience working in globally dispersed teams to deliver services, processes, and standards Demonstrable experience in conducting internal and external analysis to understand trends, develop and share insights and best practices Experience in delivering/facilitating internal operations processes to drive intended outcomes Exposure to SuccessFactors/Talent Operation tools Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience and/or an interest in automation and technology (PowerAutomate, UiPath, PowerQuery, Copilot, AI, etc) EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
