Job Description

We're Hiring: Vice President – Supply Chain Management

Strategic Leadership Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across planning, procurement, vendor development, logistics, and cost optimization
Drive innovation in packaging, value engineering, inventory management, and transportation
Develop logistics solutions for efficient and cost-effective customer delivery

Functional Expertise

Align supply chain practices with evolving environmental and regulatory standards
Forecast demand and create supply plans with production units
Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers, vendors, and freight partners
Monitor supplier performance for quality and delivery compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Quality, and Finance
Lead ERP-based material resource planning and reporting
Optimize inventory turns, reduce waste, and enhance customer service
Manage ENA and Malt Spirit procurement and transporter relationships
Oversee import/export procedures, customs compliance, and duty drawback
Ensure accurate logistics data analysis and reporting

Team & Process Management

Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team
Implement SOPs and procurement systems for purchase orders and contracts
Drive team accountability through structured development plans
Oversee administrative functions and ensure departmental efficiency

Logistics, Imports & Exports

Supervise import documentation and export dispatches
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Identify strategic freight partners to enhance service and reduce costs
Resolve issues related to duties, refunds, and trade licenses

MIS & Budgeting

Oversee budgeting for procurement and sourcing
Implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and raw materials
Provide timely MIS reports and ensure quality adherence
Conduct training for purchase and store departments on SOPs and compliance
