New Business Commercials: 1. Review all new business proposals. 2. Prepare Provisional P&L for management Approval. 3. Collaborate with business development teams to structure commercial models for new opportunities. 4. Conduct pricing analysis and ensure alignment with company profitability targets. 5. Support proposal development and client negotiations from a commercial standpoint Billing & Commercial Escalations: 1. Ensure monthly billing aligns with contractual agreements. 2. Manage annual billing escalations via Key Account Managers or directly with customers. Vendor Management & Contracting (PAN India): 1. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships. 2.
