manage the Company’s Technology backbone and Digital Initiatives across its portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Applications

  • Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
  • Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with business functions to ensure technology adoption improves guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.

Infrastructure, Security & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ Properties, ensuring network reliability and uptime.
  • Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks .
  • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.

Project Delivery & Business Support

  • Lead the execution of IT projects (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations), ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Translate operational needs into IT deliverables, escalating strategic alignment issues to the Head of IT.
  • Ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against SLAs.
  • Support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots .

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals, ensuring service orientation, performance, and growth.
  • Building digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that ensures smooth adoption of technology solutions.

Innovation & Digital Enablement

  • Execute guest-facing digital initiatives (mobile check-in, self-service kiosks, digital concierge).
  • Leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights.
  • Champion green IT practices at the operational level (cloud adoption, paperless workflows, energy-efficient solutions).


REQUIREMENTS

  • Focus on delivery, execution, support and strategy.
  • Owns Multi-Unit/Location IT operations and project implementation.

  • Serves as the bridge between Hotels, functional stakeholders, and the leadership team.
  • Provides succession pipeline with exposure to transformation initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience

    , with exposure to

    multi-property Hospitality, Travel,

    or Related Service Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India. Knowledge on GDPR, other country privacy compliance is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Team-oriented leader who can execute effectively under the strategic direction of Head IT.
