• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven Impact

  : Demonstrated success in transforming underperforming IT departments into high-performing, strategic assets that align with business goals.

• Technological Expertise

  : Expertise in emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud computing, and automation, with a strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management best practices.

• Operational Focus

  : Extensive experience improving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration across IT infrastructure, particularly in call center ecosystems.

• Financial Acumen

  : Strong track record of managing budgets and demonstrating IT ROI.

• Leadership & Collaboration
