Requirements:

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with business stakeholders and executive leadership to understand their IT needs and provide regular updates on IT initiatives and projects.

IT Strategy and Planning: Developing and executing IT strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. This includes creating roadmaps for technology adoption and ensuring IT projects support the company's goals.

IT Governance: Implementing IT governance frameworks to ensure that IT operations are aligned with industry best practices and internal policies.

IT Service Management: Implementing and maintaining ITIL practices to manage and improve IT services within the organization. This includes service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement.

Team Management: Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including IT support staff, network administrators, systems analysts, and other technical personnel. This involves providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Vendor Management: Working with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon standards.

IT Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Incident and Problem Management: Implementing ITIL incident and problem management processes to quickly address and resolve IT issues and prevent recurring problems.

Change Management: Implementing ITIL change management processes to assess and control changes to IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing IT budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for IT projects and initiatives.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to IT operations and developing mitigation strategies to minimize business impact.

Training and Development: Encouraging professional development and providing training opportunities for IT staff to keep them updated with the latest technologies and ITIL best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance IT services and operations.

• 4+ years of experience in team management 
• Strong command over written and verbal English
• Flexible shift
• Should be ready to Work from Office in Pune
• 5 days working
• Graduation in Computer Engineering or equivalent preferred 
• Must have all educational and employment documents:
• Original PAN and Aadhar Card, 
• Original Education certificate, 
• Updated Resume,
• Last 3 months pay slip if available (Mode of salary credit should have been from bank from all the previous employers. No Cash in Hand).
