Design and implement a robust teacher training framework aligned with company products, curriculum, and CBSE/NEP guidelines – with clear objectives and success metrics. Develop training content and materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, lesson plans, toolkits, assessments, and asynchronous self-paced courses, to support the Academy's ongoing teacher development. Build and manage a pool of freelance CBSE-certified trainers PAN India and enable them to deliver high-quality training consistently. Plan and oversee training delivery across schools (in-person and virtual), managing schedules, trainer allocation, and logistics. Run Train-the-Trainer programs to prepare internal and freelance trainers for effective delivery, ensuring consistent quality.
