The Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the organization’s people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role oversees all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, HR operations, and compliance. The VP HR serves as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and plays a critical role in shaping organizational growth and employee engagement.
