Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, offers).
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture-building activities.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS/HRMS.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
  • Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
  • HR Policies & Procedures
  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,313.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
