HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.*Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements.*Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.*Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.*Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.*Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.*Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills.

Key Skills :
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and manage confidential information.Problem-solving and employee-relations handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
