HR Executive (Generalist)

As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve overseeing various HR operations and administration tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining physical and digital personnel records such as contracts, letters, and compliance documents. - Updating internal databases with new hire, transfer, and exit information. - Supporting company policy documentation and compliance reporting. - Assisting in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. - Helping in policy development, training material creation, and employee communication. - Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and grievances. - Supporting recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. - Liaising with vendors and external partners for HR and administrative requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in HR Executive or similar role. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
