As an HR Executive (Generalist) at our company located in Andheri (East), Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions. Here is a summary of the role you will be undertaking: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for overseeing Recruitment & Onboarding, HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle, Employee Engagement & Welfare, Compliance & Policies, and coordinating with business teams for incentives and other inputs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of potential candidates. - Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Handle employee queries and grievances promptly and effectively. - Ensure statutory compliance with regulations such as PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, etc. - Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies to streamline operations. **Qualification & Experience:** - A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. - Preferably, you should have 13 years of HR Generalist experience. **Additional Details:** Unfortunately, there are no additional details about the company mentioned in the job description.
