Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Employee Records & HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / Zoho People (or other HR tools).
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts team.
  • Performance & Policy Implementation
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support appraisal and performance management processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with statutory HR norms.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Promote a healthy, positive, and performance-driven work culture.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF/ESI, professional tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants/auditors for HR statutory filings.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development sessions.
  • Support management in skill-building and continuous learning initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / Zoho People.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and ethical in handling employee matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
