Job Title: Vice President – Human Resources (VP–HR)

Location: Taloja, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹20 – ₹33 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President – HR to lead the Human Resources function and drive people strategy in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, training & development, and performance management.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives including digital HR practices and process automation.
• Manage industrial relations, compliance, and employee welfare at plant and corporate level.
• Partner with leadership team to design workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
• Monitor and improve HR metrics including attrition, productivity, and engagement scores.
• Foster a positive workplace culture promoting collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

✔MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
✔15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.✔Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial environment.
✔Proven expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations, and organizational development.
✔Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
