Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President - HR, located in Gurugram. The Vice President - HR will oversee all Human Resources functions, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure the effectiveness of employee benefits programs. Day-to-day tasks include managing HRIS, leading recruitment efforts, and maintaining compliance with HR regulations. The Vice President - HR will also drive strategic initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) expertise and experience in managing HR functions
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations and managing Employee Benefits
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
