Role Overview
The Vice President HR will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy and aligning HR initiatives with the company s global growth ambitions. This leadership position will oversee all aspects of Human Resources across domestic and international entities, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, and culture-building. The role requires a
business-driven HR leader
with proven experience in manufacturing and global operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO/Board on workforce and culture.
- Drive HR integration and synergies across all domestic/international entities.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee global workforce planning for manufacturing, R&D, sales, and corporate roles.
- Build strong leadership and technical talent pipelines for both domestic and international markets.
- Establish employer branding strategies to attract top talent across geographies.
3. Organizational Development & Culture
- Foster a strong, unified organizational culture across countries.
- Lead change management during expansion, restructuring, or M&A.
- Implement employee engagement and retention programs.

4. Leadership Development & Succession Planning
- Design leadership development frameworks across global entities.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent for succession planning.
5. Compensation, Rewards & Benefits
- Establish competitive and compliant compensation structures for each geography.
- Ensure pay equity, performance-linked incentives, and retention programs.
- Benchmark compensation against global industry standards.
6. Performance Management
- Implement transparent and standardized performance management systems (OKRs/KPIs).
- Build a performance-driven culture aligned with global business outcomes.
7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international labour laws, workplace safety regulations, and chemical industry standards.
- Manage global mobility processes, including visas, work permits, and expatriate policies.
- Oversee HR operations digitization through HRMS/ERP.
8. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build effective employee relations frameworks for both factory and corporate setups.
- Lead employee well-being, safety, and engagement initiatives across countries.
9. HR Analytics & Insights
- Implement global HR dashboards to track key metrics (attrition, cost-per-hire, engagement, etc.).
- Present data-driven insights to the leadership team for decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role (Head HR/VP HR).
- Proven experience managing
both domestic and international HR functions
. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR frameworks across multiple countries.
- Experience in handling
global expansion, workforce mobility, and expatriate management
. - Demonstrated success in organizational development, leadership building, and succession planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master s degree in HR from a tier-1 college or university.
