Read to learn more https://lnkd.in/gd7brT8S Job Description: Head Taxation - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Lead direct and indirect tax planning, compliance, and litigation. Ensure timely filing of returns, tax audits, assessments, and statutory reporting. Optimize tax liabilities through strategic planning and effective structuring. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation. Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities. Support cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and M&A activities. Requirements: Relevant years of experience. Strong expertise in Indian tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.). Experience in handling large-scale tax assessments and litigation. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
