About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven SEO Specialist with a passion for real estate to help us scale our digital presence. You will play a critical role in optimizing our website and content to improve visibility, traffic, and lead conversion through proven SEO techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored for the real estate sector
• Conduct keyword research and implement targeted keyword strategies to drive qualified traffic
• Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility and user experience
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve site performance issues
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks to increase domain authority
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO strategies effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience in performing site audits and implementing actionable fixes
• Excellent understanding of keyword strategy, content optimization, and link-building
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
