Hiring Requirement

Briefly, established in 1991, UCS (Unified Credit Solutions) is a leading B2B credit management group specializing in Business Information Services, Debt Collection Services, Receivables Management Services and Para Legal Services with presence in 21 countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs);

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive, long-term marketing plan that supports overall business goals and objectives with an in-depth understanding of our target markets.

· Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition: Drive strategies for lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition using various channels, including digital marketing, content, social media, and PR.

· Team Leadership & Resource Management: Build, mentor, manage & lead a high performing marketing team aimed at development and alignment of client value propositions with a strong understanding of the external competitive environment.

· Designing & implementing a strategic business plan; Devise a strategic marketing plan of action, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring results.

· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, using data and KPIs to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaign performance.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially to ensure alignment of strategies and a cohesive go-to-market approach.

· Brand Management: Lead branding and positioning efforts, ensuring consistent promotion across all channels to elevate market perception and build brand equity.

· Stakeholder Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics and performance for the senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications;

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is typically required, with MBA or Master's degree preferred.

· Experience: Extensive experience (8-9 years) in Business Development roles, with several years in a senior management, is essential.

· Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

· Dynamic Approach: a proactive approach, keenness on innovation, and a desire to drive change and push boundaries.

· Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using metrics to make data-driven decisions and measure ROI.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate the brand vision to stakeholders and teams.

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, web analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.

· Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make difficult decisions under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
