Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description

Requisites: - Desirable candidate must have graduation or post-graduation in Law from premium College & University. Minimum 12 years of experience at least as senior associate with a reputed law firm. Should have sound knowledge of Indian Laws with the ability to analyze complex legal problems quickly and concisely without direct supervision. Should be proficient in review, drafting/ vetting and understanding the Court pleadings and other legal documents. Should have ability to manage client relationship. KRA’s: - Responsible for drafting and reviewing wide range of legal documents including contract pleadings, Opinion and transaction documents, Provide strategic legal advice to clients across industries. Responsible for handling litigations either himself or through external lawyers on pan India basis in various courts and advice management accordingly. Ensure compliance with applicable rules & regulations. Collaborate with Management on business development. Responsible for doing legal research and brief the external lawyers and maintain record of proceedings held before the Court/Tribunals. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and finalization of contracts and all types of legal documents for compliance with all the applicable laws, regulations, internal policies & organization objectives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
