Job Description

Our client, a leading multinational company is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 8-15 years of experience based in Chennai.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial terms, purchase orders, letters of credit, EPC contracts, O&M contracts.
Prior experience in power generation, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or related heavy-industry environments is highly desirable.
Ability to support corporate governance documentation, compliance due diligence, and coordination with global legal and finance stakeholders.
Proficiency in managing centralized contracting processes and contract management tools is an advantage.
