Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 3 – 5 Years (with minimum 3 years handling TCS requirements)
Location: Onsite (5 Days a Week)
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiterwith proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, specifically with a strong track record of handling TCS requirements. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of US recruitment processes, market dynamics, tax terms, and immigration policies.
This role demands a results-driven professional who can work independently, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality talent pipelines for various IT skill sets.
1)Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for US IT requirements.
2)Work extensively on TCS recruitment requirements and maintain strong coordination with TCS hiring managers.
3)Source candidates through job boards(Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn), VMS/MSP portals, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
4)Effectively utilize advanced Boolean searchesand keyword strategies to identify niche candidates.
5)Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, work authorization, and willingness to relocate.
6)Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and compliance practices.
7)Handle US Visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, US Citizens, Green Card EAD, etc.) and assess candidate eligibility accordingly.
8)Familiarity with US geography and states to assess relocation feasibility and client preferences.
9)Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and comply with recruitment policies.
10)Negotiate pay rates and terms with candidates while ensuring client satisfaction.
11)Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and delivery leads to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
1)3 – 5 years of total experience in US IT Recruitment.
2)Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in handling TCS requirements.
3)Strong understanding of US Tax Terms, Visa Types, and Hiring Practices.
4)Proficiency in sourcing candidates through Job Boards, VMS/MSP platforms, and social networking sites.
5)Knowledge of technical skill sets across IT domains (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, ERP, etc.).
6)Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7)Sound knowledge of US geography and state-specific hiring trends.
8)Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques.
9)Ability to work night shifts (US EST timings – 7 PM to 4 AM IST).
10)Proven track record of closure within tight deadlines.
11)Immediate availability to join.
