Job Description

Job Title: US IT RecruiterLocation: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (onsite)Experience: 1 to 5 yearsInterview: In-person

Required Experience:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to effectively assess candidates' qualifications.
Preferred prior working experience with System Integrators.
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media etc.,
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and various sourcing techniques.
Screen and interview potential W2 candidates (GC / US Citizens).
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
