US IT Recruiter

Role Overview: As a US IT Recruiter at Cascades Data Solutions dba Infomatics India Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing channels like job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract potential candidates. - Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates" skills, experience, and qualifications to determine their suitability for specific job requirements. - Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates" technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for client requirements. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process, and provide a positive candidate experience. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand client requirements, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles. - Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates using social media and other marketing techniques. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions related to the IT industry and provide insights and recommendations. - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards, maintaining documentation related to recruitment processes and candidate interactions. - Stay updated on best practices in recruitment, sourcing techniques, and industry advancements, seeking opportunities for professional growth and development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Human Resources, Business, etc.) with a willingness to work in night shifts. - Strong interest and passion for recruitment and the IT industry, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. - Basic knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and industry terminology is preferred. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the recruitment field.
