Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US Recruiters to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team . As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, career Builder, LinkedIn)
Understand client job requirement and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with candidates for interview, follow-ups and feedback.
Build and maintain candidates for interview, follows ups and feedback.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
Maintain proper documentation and update the internal database.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work in Night Shift
Goof interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
