Strong knowledge of various US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willing to work US time zones (night shifts in India).
