US IT Recruiter (Night Shift) 2 to 4 Years Experience | Onsite Only| Position: US IT Recruiter (Technical Recruitment) Experience: 2 4 Year Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Work Mode: 100% Onsite (No Remote/Hybrid Option) Key Responsibilities: Handle W2 and Full-Time technical hiring requirements efficiently. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, ATS , and other channels. Conduct full lifecycle recruitment including screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding . Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring goals. Must-Have Skills: 2–4 years of US IT recruitment experience Expertise in W2 hiring practices, compliance, and documentation Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English Proactive and performance-driven with ability to meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with IT staffing or consulting firms Knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion hiring practices Advanced sourcing techniques & Boolean logic Note: This is a 100% Onsite role. Remote applicants will not be considered.
