Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms such as

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed

  , and internal databases.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and identify suitable candidates in a timely manner.
  
• Conduct

  pre-screening interviews

  to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates on

  W2, 1099, and C2C

  basis.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
  
• Maintain candidate and client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals and performance targets.
  
• Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards updated.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  

• Excellent communication skills

  — both verbal and written.
• Understanding of

  US visa types

  (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizen, etc.) and employment models (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  
• Previous experience in

  US staffing/recruitment

  preferred.
