Human Resource Executive

As a Human Resources Executive at our company located in Nanthoor, Mangalore, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the HR department. You will be tasked with handling various HR activities on a daily basis, including managing employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and fostering employee engagement. The ideal candidate for this role will be well-organized, adept at interpersonal communication, and possess a solid understanding of fundamental HR functions. Your key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts by assisting in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding employees, as well as maintaining and updating employee records. Additionally, you will help coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and address employee inquiries while offering necessary support. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws, demonstrate strong communication skills, and exhibit the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund contributions. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with Saturdays requiring work from 9 am to 1 pm (with alternate Saturdays off on the 2nd and 4th). Relocation to Mangalore, Karnataka, is necessary for this in-person position, and candidates must be willing to sign a one-year agreement.
