Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist Department: Human Resources Job Summary: The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the companys HR operations and overall growth. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the organization. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Foster a positive and engaging workplace environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other official documentation. Performance Management: Support performance evaluation and feedback processes. Assist management with performance tracking and documentation. Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift rosters. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR practices are in line with company policies and statutory requirements. Assist in audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Training & Development: Identify training needs and support employee development programs. Track and maintain records of training activities and outcomes. Additional Responsibilities: Demonstrate flexibility to work in both day and night shifts as per business requirements. Take ownership of additional tasks or projects assigned by management to support HR and organizational goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–8 years of proven experience in HR operations, generalist, or administrative roles. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems). High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to work in rotational day and night shifts. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities. Salary Between - 3 LPA to 5 LPA
