Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate resumes, and ensure candidates meet the qualifications and requirements for each role. Assess candidate skillsets, industry experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Candidate Engagement & Negotiation: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Assist in salary negotiations, onboarding processes, and overall candidate experience. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Build and maintain a network of top talent for future hiring needs.
