As an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with over 5 years of expertise in the US healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals in various healthcare roles. Your deep knowledge of healthcare staffing needs will be essential in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent for positions such as Medical Billing Specialists, Coding and Compliance Officers, Healthcare Business Analysts, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a wide range of healthcare roles including Medical Billing Specialists, Coding and Compliance Officers, Project Managers, and more. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate skillsets, industry experience, and cultural fit. - Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process and assist in negotiations and onboarding. - Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and contribute to improving employer branding efforts to attract top healthcare professionals. - Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to enhance recruitment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter within the US healthcare industry. - Expertise in recruiting for diverse healthcare positions including medical billing, coding, compliance, project management, and IT support. - Familiarity with US healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance standards such as HIPAA. - Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit. - Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting for specialized healthcare roles like Medical Coders, Claims Processors, and Healthcare IT professionals. - Understanding of healthcare IT systems including EHR/EMR platforms. - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, staffing challenges, and talent acquisition strategies specific to the US market.,
