The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment within the US healthcare domain and must be capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: *Source, screen, and qualify candidates specifically for US healthcare IT roles. Engage with potential candidates through referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods. *Build a robust pipeline of candidates who meet the healthcare client requirements, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service providers. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. *Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. *Stay updated with current trends and requirements in the US healthcare and IT recruiting space. Requirements: *Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, specifically within the healthcare domain. *Excellent sourcing skills with a preference for referral-based hiring. *Strong knowledge of healthcare clients such as hospitals, clinics, and service providers. *Must possess excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. *On-site availability is required. *Must be proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. *Immediate availability is highly preferred.
