Position Summary: The Zone Manager for 108 Emergency Ambulance Services in Maharashtra is responsible for managing and supervising all EMS operations within an assigned geographic zone. The Zone Manager acts as the key regional leader in coordinating emergency services, engaging with community stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives to improve response time and patient outcomes across the zone. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day ambulance operations and field teams across the assigned zone. Monitor KPIs, enforce SOPs, and ensure adherence to MEMS and NHM quality benchmarks. Mentor and evaluate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), pilots, and team leads for enhanced zone-level performance. Handle grievances, interact with local authorities, and promote awareness of emergency services. Resource and Fleet Management Track operational expenses within the zone and optimize cost-efficiency .
