Business Development

Objective:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  
• Generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, referrals, etc.).
  
• Pitch recruitment/staffing solutions to potential clients.
  
• Understand client needs and propose tailored hiring solutions.
  
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Objective:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  
• Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
  
• Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Maintain ongoing communication to understand future hiring needs.
  
• Ensure consistent service quality and client retention.
  
• Upsell and cross-sell additional recruitment services.
  

Recruitment Coordination

Objective:

• Liaise between the recruitment team and clients to ensure alignment on requirements.
  
• Monitor the recruitment process for active mandates: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  
• Ensure that TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality benchmarks are met.
  
• Provide feedback to internal teams and align hiring strategies.
  

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Objective:

• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  
• Recommend new strategies based on market feedback and trends.
  
• Contribute to pricing strategies and service offerings.
  
• Identify niche areas for potential business growth.
  

Reporting & Documentation

Objective:

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly business development reports.
  
• Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
  
• Share recruitment progress reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
