Training Provided:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
  
• Neonatal & Trauma Care Management
  
• Handling ambulance medical equipment such as oxygen kits, defibrillators, ventilators, and stretchers
  
• Patient documentation and hospital handover protocols
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attend and respond to emergency patient calls in the ambulance
  
• Assess patient condition and record vitals such as pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and consciousness level
  
• Provide immediate medical care, including oxygen therapy, IV fluids, CPR, bleeding control, and immobilization
  
• Coordinate with hospital emergency departments, control rooms, ambulance drivers, and family members
  
• Maintain hygiene and readiness of the ambulance and all medical equipment
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of every patient case during the shift
  
• Follow all medical and safety protocols during emergency operations
