MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities

o Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

o Develop and manage dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements.

o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ERC performance, resource utilization, and operational trends.

o Collaborate with the Quality and Training team to provide data-driven insights for process improvements.

o Ensure real-time data synchronization between MIS systems and ERC operational tools.

o Identify and resolve discrepancies in data by coordinating with team leads and other departments.

o Monitor and analyze patterns in call volume, resource allocation & response times to optimize ERC operations.

o Maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements for data management.

o Train and guide MIS Executives in handling data and generating reports accurately.

o Provide actionable insights to ERC leadership for strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Skills
