Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Location: CSR Commercial Complex, Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Interested candidates can send resumes directly to bindu@hgtechinc.net Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service organizations across the US. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle for healthcare clients in the US. Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals using various channels (job boards, referrals, ATS, databases, social media, etc.). Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates on time. Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Stay updated with US visa types, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance regulations. Utilize VMS/MSP systems and ATS platforms effectively to track and manage candidates. Deliver exceptional customer service and communication across all stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT healthcare recruitment . Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry including hospitals, clinics, and service providers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as job portals, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook), databases, and ATS platforms. Knowledge of US visa types, tax terms, and VMS/MSP environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad .
