Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for healthcare roles. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, identifying staffing needs, performing candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, onboarding process and enhancing candidate experiences. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Min 2 years Experience and expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting processes.
Hiring experience with Medical Coding (IP, OP) positions
Strong skills in Hiring and candidate evaluation.
Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build client relationships.
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in US healthcare recruitment is required
if candidate is exception then remote can be considered
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
