Additional tasks include verifying patient eligibility, updating account information, and working in coordination with billing departments to address and resolve any discrepancies. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an IPDRG Auditor located in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The IPDRG Auditor will be responsible for auditing inpatient to ensure accuracy of coding and compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing and analyzing medical records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and efficient coding practices. The role also involves providing feedback to coding staff and contributing to process improvements. Qualifications Min 5 years Experience with IP Coding and atleast 2 years as IP Auditor Knowledge of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in coding practices Familiarity with regulatory compliance and healthcare standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Relevant certifications (e.g., CCS, CPC) are a plus Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred
