We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team.You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionalsfor various client requirements in the US healthcare staffing sector. This role requires strongrelationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment duringnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

 Source & Attract Talent: Source and attract qualified healthcare candidates via multiple channelsincluding job boards, social media, and networking. Screen & Interview: Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and culturalfit. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitmentneeds and develop effective strategies. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidateidentification to offer negotiation and onboarding. Database & Metrics: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics. Build Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to create atalent pipeline. Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and client standards. Recruitment Events: Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events asrequired.

Qualifications And Skills

 Minimum 2 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work night shifts flexibly and manage high-volume recruitment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
