As a US Healthcare Recruiter, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for various client requirements in the US healthcare staffing sector. You will need to utilize your strong relationship-building skills and be effective in a fast-paced environment during night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Source & Attract Talent: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified healthcare candidates. - Screen & Interview: Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates" skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies. - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from identifying candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. - Database & Metrics: Update and maintain candidate databases while monitoring recruitment metrics. - Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a talent pipeline. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare industry regulations and client standards. - Recruitment Events: Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events as necessary.
