You will support the design team in producing engaging, high-quality visual content across various media platforms. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience and build a strong portfolio while working on impactful projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.Support in developing branding materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and packaging.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to meet campaign objectives through visual storytelling.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects.Edit and retouch images, ensuring consistency in style and quality.Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all platforms.Take feedback positively and iterate designs based on direction from the senior design team.Requirements:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Basic knowledge of UI/UX is a plus.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Educational Qualification (Mandatory):Must be recent graduate from a certified graphic design program at a reputed design institute or college, such as:National Institute of Design (NID)MIT Institute of DesignPearl AcademySymbiosis Institute of DesignSrishti Institute of Art, Design and TechnologyArena Animation / MAAC (for certified diploma courses)Or any other recognized institution offering professional-level training in graphic design.Applications without certification or enrollment proof from a recognized design institute will not be considered.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience with real projects in a dynamic creative environment.Mentorship from experienced designers and creative leads.Certificate provided for real time job training Portfolio development opportunities.Networking and potential for future full-time opportunities with Pena4 based on performance during the one months internship duration
