Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller located in Visakhapatnam. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, resolving payment denials, addressing claims issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of call details. Additional tasks include verifying patient eligibility, updating account information, and working in coordination with billing departments to address and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling and following up on outstanding claims
• Understanding of Medical Billing and Coding principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
