Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller at Columbus Healthcare Services PVT LTD in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on unpaid claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely payment processing.

AR Caller (Night Shift)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes
• Experience in accounts receivable management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments
• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus
• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

Weekly 2 days fixed off.
