  Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience:

  2 to 4 years in a marketing or executive assistant role

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree or higher

• Skillset:

  Strong communication, marketing knowledge, multitasking, time management

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of

  marketing, branding, and campaign workflows

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in

  MS Excel

  , Google Workspace, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and marketing-related documents.
• Follow up with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation, emails, and confidential files.
• Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and clients as required.
• Take minutes of meetings, summarize key actions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and business visits.
• Proactively manage priorities and resolve operational roadblocks.
