Executive

Job Summary:

The Banking Executive is responsible for supporting the banks day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies. The role involves achieving sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Promote and cross-sell banking products such as accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and outreach programs to acquire new customers.

• Operational Support:

  • Process account openings, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and data entry.
  • Support daily branch operations and assist with audit requirements.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
  • Follow all internal banking policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Report suspicious transactions and potential risks to management.

• Reporting and Coordination:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
